Technical description: Directly bonding hard alloy with steel substrate is the simplest way to obtain composite materials. However, due to the fundamental differences in chemical bonding structure between hard alloy/ceramic materials and metal materials, coupled with the unique physical and chemical properties of ceramics, there are many characteristics and difficulties in both metal-ceramic and ceramic-ceramic connections. There are two main issues with the connection: wetting between ceramics and metals, and stress relief. GESION can provide hard alloy composite materials prepared using techniques such as Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) diffusion welding, induction brazing, laser cladding, and casting. The joints of the products achieve a balance between strength and residual stress, exhibiting excellent comprehensive performance to meet the requirements of different scenarios and application levels.
