To enhance the toughness and wear resistance of materials, alloying elements such as molybdenum, nickel, chromium, and vanadium are commonly added. However, with the increasing scarcity of alloy resources, the supply of molybdenum, nickel, chromium, vanadium, and other alloys is becoming increasingly tight. As a result, the production costs of ordinary steel wear-resistant materials continue to rise. Against this backdrop, through dedicated research, we have developed patented high strength and toughness alloy wear-resistant cast steel. By employing measures such as steel purification and refinement, we have significantly enhanced the strength and toughness of the cast steel while reducing the content of precious metals. These products have been successfully promoted and applied in the field of wear-resistant materials production, yielding commendable economic and social benefits.
