Similar to the ring granulator, the hammer crusher is primarily utilized in mining, cement and power plant industries for secondary and tertiary crushing of linestone, coal and other materials with medium to low hardness. Its operational principle involves high-speed rotating rotor(s) driving pendulum-type hammerheads to impact the material, and the shear force between the hammer heads and the wall plate crushes and grinds the material to the desired particle size.
